DON'T BOTHER WITH EXECUTIVE LOUNGE When you travel a great deal , you sort have certain expectations , the Exec. Lounge lets down the entire terminal . It contains worn out seats and plastic flowers, staffed on this day by Halle, who has no customer service skills. At breakfast time , you can get a small selection of cereals, after that NOTHING. You are limited to a packet of crisps or biscuits . Alcohol is limited and restricted to 2 drinks . The Fab bar/ restaurant has nicer staff, better facilities and is recommended instead of the lounge . When asking to speak to a manger , the member of staff Halle failed to deal with the request . What a shame !

Great small local airport with regular flights to Amsterdam. Flight time is just over 30 minutes. From Amsterdam Airport you can catch a connecting flight pretty much anywhere in the world. So much easier to catch a flight here than experience the pain of travelling for several hours by road to Heathrow or Gatwick. The airport is very quiet with no queues. Once you land it takes minutes to pass security. Always prefer to take flights from Norwich to Amsterdam now.

Flight to Malta today, took absolutely ages to board the plane and we were left standing on the stairs to the plane behind the engine in a cloud of noxious fumes, that made me feel sick. Can't be healthy, do better Norwich Airport.

Finally the airport has removed the "airport development charge" or has included it in the ticket. This was very frowned upon. But now they have a drop off charge for any vehicle of PS5. This is absolutely ridiculous. The airport is not busy, just 0.43 milion passengers in 2024. By comparison, Luton airport had 16.7 million passengers over the same period, and they have a PS5 charge. If you want to attract more customers, then you must manage it better.
