Was told that my flight was automatically cancelled due to having missed my first flight. I believe the guy name was Jay. This is unacceptable because I am a Filipino and my friends who were from another country checked in literally beside me and they managed to go through. Take note we all were under the same booking. So why weren't their flights cancelled? Or why weren't they questioned the same way? Because they are foreigners? I also did not like his tone. He could have asked me nicely at the start. Not even a hi or good morning when I clearly said that. Treat each other with respect? Maybe people should start treating their own people with respect first. Horrible experience with the guy in the middle counter.
Small airport, not enough seating when 2 planes are departing at the same time. It was full of noisy Chinese tourists. Staff helpful and smiling. Some small shop to buy food or souvenirs teechirt.
The staff are very helpful, considerate and courteous, with any questions you may have.
