Love this airport. Never any waits, just fly through. Canteen food is good as is the coffee. Recommend the cinnamon square! Staff friendly and smiling.
The PA system was limited to certain indoor areas only. So if you walk outside even just for a brief moment, you'll miss the important announcement. There were only 2 toilets for those many people that were waiting for regular plane flights and helicopter flights offshore. You need to be patient when queuing to enter the toilet during busy hours. The cafe/restaurant in it was ok. It offers fast food which was made ready really fast. I tried the fish and chips and the fish slice was too thin while the fries were too much compared to the fish portion. You kept getting announcement not to leave your baggage unattended or else it'd be taken by the security. However, there was not much space next to every chairs intended for waiting. So people automatically put their offshore bags on the open space while they sit somewhere else.
