Alliance Airlines, identified by IATA code QQ and ICAO code UTY, is an Australian charter and regional airline headquartered in Brisbane, Queensland. Founded in 2002 as a subsidiary of Queensland Airline Holdings, the carrier was originally established to provide fly-in, fly-out (FIFO) services to the resource and energy sectors. Over the years, the airline underwent ownership changes, including an acquisition by the Spotless Group in 2005, before being purchased by PAG Asia Capital in 2018. This private equity ownership has supported the airline’s expansion and fleet modernisation.
