Proflight Commuter Services, operating under the IATA code P0, is a privately owned regional airline based in Zambia. Founded in 1991, the carrier began operations as a dedicated charter service before expanding into scheduled flights, maintaining a consistent focus on providing reliable air connectivity within Zambia and to select neighbouring countries. The airline is wholly owned by Zambian private interests, including its founding family, and has never been part of a major global airline alliance. Its operational model combines scheduled commuter services with extensive charter and ad‑hoc operations, catering to both business travellers and tourists who require efficient access to Zambia’s interior. Proflight has carved a reputation for dependability in a market where geography and infrastructure often make air travel the most practical option.

The airline’s primary hub is Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka, the national capital, which serves as the central node for all its activities. A secondary focal point is Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe International Airport in Ndola, the commercial centre of Zambia’s Copperbelt Province. These two bases allow Proflight to coordinate its network efficiently across the country, and the carrier also maintains a significant operational presence at Harry Mwanga Nkumbula International Airport in Livingstone, the gateway to Victoria Falls. While Lusaka remains the administrative and operational heart of the business, the aircraft and crews are frequently rotated through these airports to meet demand for both scheduled and charter flights.
