This new airport is small but kept clean. The amenities at the airport include 2 shops: one tea stall and the other selling snacks and packaged items. There's no restaurant in case you have an afternoon flight. It'll be great to have one bookshop and a proper restaurant in the waiting area of the departure area. The bathrooms are clean and newly furnished. Overall the airport has made it very smooth for sai darshan.
Shiridi Airport was a much-needed addition for travelers visiting this spiritual hub, and it exceeded expectations on comfort and efficiency. The airport is compact and charming, featuring new interiors, very clean washrooms, a helpdesk, and counters for both Saibaba Temple darshan passes and prepaid taxi bookings, making the arrival process especially convenient. There is only one baggage belt, but the luggage arrival was impressively fast; we were out of the airport in less than 10 minutes after landing. This smooth experience made for an excellent start to our journey.
